Our Process
Step One
Our local operator will meet with you for a free consultation. We will understand your community needs for valet trash services and calculate a quote for you to consider. Quotes vary based on how many days per week you want valet services and how many doors you have. Upon reviewing and accepting the quote for services we will provide an agreement for review. After you sign the contract we will work with you to determine a start date for the community. Send us an email to get started at support@texaswaste.org
Step Two
A trash receptacle is provided for every resident. The resident should use this trash receptacle in their kitchen. The resident will be instructed to place their trash bags inside the receptacle and place it outside their door before 8:00 PM on the designated pick up days.
Step Three
On the designated pick up days, a uniformed Texas Waste Group employee will pickup the trash from the tenants front door step. The employee will take the trash to the dumpster on site. Each receptacle will be disinfected and deodorized if needed.
Step Four
Every month we will clean the area around the dumpster site(s) on the property. This is a value added service we provide our property managers. Property managers enjoy this service because it keeps the property clean and dumpster sites uncluttered. For a small fee we can haul large items to the landfill if necessary.
